Easy check in. Gated parking. Room nice but had to get a new microwave. No hairdryer in room and had to go to front desk to borrow one. A few outlets didnt work either. But all and all a nice accommodation!

This may sound like a cop out of my first rating or ANY of them but let me assure you that it's 100% true. I have been going to the motel for 6 months now on and off for various days of stay. Go back and read about my thoughts and then come back and read this(Edward Wilkinson). I don't know what happened with this place, if it was my doing then great but I'm here to tell you that you will be very surprised if you have ever been here before. From the bad service to dirty floors and the staff was not very supervised. Now I go there last month and I was totally shocked when I walked in. I am Handicapped and I am very aware of the surrounding areas. It smelled like spring and sure they knew me but uniforms, cleanliness of the lobby, elevator and rooms were very nice. I could go on but you will be very pleased with the Whole experience from the Management to the Maintenance team that I got to know are responsible for the change and I have to say it's a remarkable change. I will be returning to the place in a month and I can't wait!!!

I did not have breakfast in this facility. Due to I was on diet. So I provided my own breakfast throughout my stay in this facility. The Location of this facility in Federal way city is excellent for customers business.
